We will use the Road Traffic Library to model traffic and the Pedestrian Library to model pedestrians. You can also switch to virtual time mode to view simulation run at its maximum speed and simulate a long period of time. This video demonstrates how to simulate a pedestrian crossing. You can adjust the execution speed to your needs using Slow down and Speed up toolbar buttons. You can see that the model behaves correct: passengers enter the subway entrance and pass through the corridor leading to the subway trains. It displays the presentation designed for your simulation experiment.Ĭlick the button to Run the model and switch to Main view and observe the process you have modeled. Having started the model, you will see the presentation window. Please study the given video to understand how to simulate a pedestrian crossing in AnyLogic. To run any other experiment, right-click the experiment in the Project view and choose Run from the context menu. ![]() ![]() Later on this button will start the previously run experiment. In the case this model is the only one opened in the workspace at the moment you will be prompted to run this particular experiment. Your simulation experiment is called Subway Entrance/Simulation.
